This has been on our specials for quite a while. Everything is raw and organic. This time the bread is dehydrated nuts, oregano & sun-dried tomatoes. The spread is cashew mayo. The mushrooms are marinated in soy sauce and there’s also tomatoes, avocado, cucumber & arugula salad.
