Almost no flour carrot muffins: Carrot pulp, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, blonde raisin, walnut, whole wheat.
This vegan raw mamey tart was amazing, and I say was because it was gone by the time I finished uploading the picture. The thin crunchy chocolate layer on top does its work! <3
