Vegan Raw Key Lime Pie
Cream: Key lime juice, cashew, vanilla, coconut meat & coconut oil.
Crust: Walnut, dates, coconut & palm sugar.
This vegan raw mamey tart was amazing, and I say was because it was gone by the time I finished uploading the picture. The thin crunchy chocolate layer on top does its work! <3
The Chef made another one of these! :o this time there aren’t any guava seeds inside. Pretty good

Sapodilla is a pretty exotic tropical fruit. Dani made a tart with it and we already tried it. It’s delicious and Aldo approved it too!
